2011 Conference Sessions
The conference sessions at the 2011 Nunavut Trade Show will continue on with last year’s theme entitled Nunavut: The Next Decade. This series of conferences will address the current issues faced by businesses operating in Nunavut. Since the creation of Nunavut, government has been the main driver of the territorial economy but as government begins to reach capacity, it will be business that drives the territory’s economy into the future.
The 2011 sessions will allow for longer, more diverse sessions including presentations from a group of panelists followed by a moderated question and answer period.
- Session 1: Tuesday, September 27, 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm - Getting your share of major developments
- Session 2: Wednesday, September 28, 8:30 am to 10:30 am - Getting support to grow your business
- Session 3: Thursday, September 29, 8:30 am to 10:30 am - Getting the connection to Tourism
All events will take place in the conference room at the Arctic Winter Games Arena in Iqaluit.
